Lalande is a French municipality with 136 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Yonne in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté (2015: Burgundy ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Auxerre and the canton of Cœur de Puisaye (until 2015: canton of Toucy ). The inhabitants are called Lalandais .
geography
Lalande is located in the Puisaye countryside , about 22 kilometers west-southwest of Auxerre . Lalande is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Moulins-sur-Ouanne in the north and north-east, Leugny in the east, Levis in the south, Fontenoy in the south and south-west and Fontaines in the west and north-west.
