Lainsecq is a French municipality with 326 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Auxerre and the canton of Vincelles (until 2015 Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye ). The inhabitants are called Lainsecquois .
