Vincelottes is a French municipality with 279 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Auxerre and the canton of Vincelles (until 2015 Coulanges-la-Vineuse ). The inhabitants are called Vincelottois .

Vincelottes is located about 14 kilometers south-southeast of Auxerre on the Yonne , which borders the municipality to the west. Vincelottes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in the north, Irancy in the east and northeast, Vincelles in the south and west and Escolives-Sainte-Camille in the northwest.
