Saints-en-Puisaye is a French municipality with 561 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Auxerre and the canton of Vincelles (until 2015 Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye ). The inhabitants are called Saintons .

Saints-en-Puisaye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fontaines in the north and north-west, Fontenoy in the north and east, Lain in the east, Thury in the south and south-east, Treigny-Perreuse-Sainte-Colombe with Sainte-Colombe-sur-Loing in the south and South-west, Moutiers-en-Puisaye to the west and south-west and Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye to the west.
