Carisey is a French municipality with 355 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Yonne in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Auxerre (until 2017 Avallon ) and the canton of Chablis (until 2015 Flogny-la-Chapelle ).
