Jussy is a French municipality with 384 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Auxerre and the canton of Vincelles (until 2015 Coulanges-la-Vineuse ). The inhabitants are called Jussiens .

Jussy is located about 10 kilometers south of the city center of Auxerre in the Bourgogne wine region . Jussy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Auxerre in the north, Escolives-Sainte-Camille in the east and north-east, Coulanges-la-Vineuse in the south and south-east, Migé in the south-west, Gy-l'Évêque in the west and Vallan in the north-west.
