Beugnon is a French municipality with 307 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Yonne in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Auxerre and the canton of Saint-Florentin (until 2015 Flogny-la-Chapelle ). The inhabitants are called Beugnonais .

Beugnon is about thirty kilometers north-northeast of Auxerre . Beugnon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Neuvy-Sautour in the north and west, Soumaintrain in the east, Germigny in the south and Saint-Florentin in the southwest.
