Moutiers-en-Puisaye is a French municipality with 289 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Auxerre and the canton of Vincelles (until 2015: canton of Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye ).
