Quentin Pryor (born September 26, 1983 in Eupora , Mississippi ) is an American basketball player who, after studying in his home country, played as a professional in Europe . After four years in Germany , he has been playing in the Austrian basketball league since 2011 . In the 2012/13 season he plays for the ece Bulls from Kapfenberg . Then Pryor played in the Dutch FEB .

Career

Pryor grew up in Memphis (Tennessee) and went to the high school to the Holmes Community College in Goodman (Mississippi) , where he worked in the NJCAA for the University Team Bulldogs played. However, he soon returned to Tennessee and continued his studies at the Jackson State Community College in the town of the same name , whose college teams Generals are also organized in the NJCAA. At Morehead State University in Kentucky , he then played for two years from 2005 to 2007 for the Eagles' college team in the Ohio Valley Conference of NCAA Division I.

After completing his studies, Pryor turned pro in 2007 and signed a contract with Schalke 04 in the second German ProA league . After one season, he moved to the Westphalian district neighbor and league competitor Phoenix Hagen, with whom he took second place in the ProA 2008/09 and rose to the basketball league, while his ex-club Schalke relegated and retired to the regional league. In the first division, the Hageners were able to establish themselves successfully with Pryor's help. After two seasons in the top German league, Pryor moved to the top Austrian league in 2011, where he reinforced the WBC Raiffeisen from Wels . After a season he moved to league rivals Bulls from Kapfenberg .
