Quoich River is a river in the Kivalliq region of the Nunavut Territory of Canada .

The approximately 370 km long river has its origin 150 km west of Wager Bay . From there it flows south to the west end of Chesterfield Inlet . The Tehert River , a right tributary, drains the Tehek Lake . The mean discharge of the Quoich River is 187 m³ / s. Shortly before its mouth, it overcomes the St. Clair Falls .
