Röschbühl sometimes, Case House called, is a dwelling place of the community Obersontheim in northeastern Baden Wuerttemberg Schwäbisch Hall .

description

Röschbühl, which is just on the suburb of Untersontheim , is today a single property with a house and an agricultural outbuilding. It is located at the lower left foot of the slope of the Fischachtal at about 398  m above sea level. NHN . The Röschbühl forest begins a little more than 20 meters north-east and up the slope , less than 20 meters in the opposite direction to the Fischach ran the Mühlkanal to the Beutenmühle, which was still in use until the 20th century and which is now dry and in this area today (2017) is largely already filled . The district boundary from Untersontheim to Oberfischach follows its route . 80 more meters away over the very flat floodplain, the straightened Fischach itself pulls down into the valley.

Less than 50 meters down the canal and close to its other side, there used to be a detached house belonging to Oberfischach, which was abandoned in the 20th century and then demolished. This or rather the remaining property was once the home of an executioner and knacker , which explains the different name Case House. On a map from 1841, both properties and the Fischach, which was not straightened at the time, can still be seen.

Röschbühl is accessed by a less than 300 meter long cul-de-sac from the K 2627 Oberfischach – Mittelfischach on the other side of the small river.

References and comments

  1. According to information from an older resident of the existing property (between 2010 and 2015) who met him, he also reported that there had always been problems with moisture in the demolished house.
  2. In the chapter on Ober-Fischach of the description of the Gaildorf Oberamt from 1852, a parcel of Röschbühl or Fallhaus is mentioned and mentioned that a messenger and Wasenmeister used to have his seat there, while the chapter on Unter-Sontheim of the description of the Oberamt Hall from 1847 speaks of a fall house on the Röschbühl belonging to the hamlet of Hausen , without mentioning it. The Beutenmühle is located less than 300 meters down the canal in the Oberfischacher district, but there is no other settlement area belonging to Untersontheim in the Fischachtal and these are all over 1.5 kilometers away from the residential area that used to be on both sides of the old upper office boundary. Presumably the "dishonest" and gladly referred to remote living quarters was sitting in the property that still exists today, despite being only mentioned in the description of the old town of Oberfischach.
  3. Two properties are recognizable on the Topographical Atlas of the Kingdom of Württemberg - sheet XXX resp. 11 Hall (PDF, 6.1 MByte) or a black and white scan of the card in better resolution (PDF, 15.7 MByte).
