Rudiger Hardeland

Rüdiger Hardeland (born June 23, 1943 in Łódź ) is a German zoologist and former university professor .

Under the title On the circadian rhythm and regulation of enzymes of the tryptophan metabolism. Investigations on rat liver and kidney , he submitted his dissertation in 1969 and, under the title Daily rhythm of enzymes of amino acid degradation in rat liver and in suspension cultures of isolated liver cells, his habilitation thesis in zoology at the Georg August University in Göttingen in 1973 . He is a member of the Leibniz Society of Sciences in Berlin .
