Rüdiger Suhr (born January 7, 1968 ) is a former soccer player from the GDR .
Career
On December 13, 1986 Rüdiger Suhr made his debut during Hansa Rostock's away game at BSG Schiffahrt / Hafen Rostock . On that 17th match day of the GDR soccer league 1986/87 he was substituted in for Axel Kruse in the 77th minute of the game . In the further course of the season he received yet another assignment in the first men's team from Hansa and rose to the top division of the former GDR with the cog as the second division champion of the North Season . In the following season, however, Hansa coach Werner Voigt waived Suhr's service in the upper house of football, so that he played in the second team of Rostock, who had also been promoted and were eligible to play in the GDR league in the 1987/88 season . should receive. After only two short appearances for the reserves of FC Hansa Rostock at the beginning of the season, Suhr moved to ASG Vorwärts Stralsund in September 1988 . On the 7th matchday he played for the first time for Stralsund at the away game in Eisenhüttenstadt and by the end of the season he made another 11 league appearances and one in the FDGB Cup against Dynamo Dresden II , which was lost 2-0. In the 1988/89 season , Suhr completed only two more games for the army sports community forward Stralsund and left the ASG after the end of the season, again within the league, in the direction of Ludwigsfelde . In Ludwigsfelde he played 30 of 34 possible games in the 1989/90 season and scored a total of six goals. With the company sports association (BSG) Motor Ludwigsfelde, Suhr met Lok Leipzig in the first round of the FDGB Cup on August 26, 1989 and, not surprisingly, was eliminated by the top club in a 2-0 draw.
