Raymond Charles Thielemann (* 12. August 1955 in Houston , Texas ) is a former American American football poker players on the position of the Guards . He played nine years with the Atlanta Falcons and four years with the Washington Redskins in the National Football League (NFL).

Thielemann played college football at the University of Arkansas .

NFL

Atlanta Falcons

Thielemann was selected in the second round of the 1977 NFL draft in 36th place by the Atlanta Falcons . He played here until after the 1984 season . In 1981, 1982 and 1983 he was elected to the Pro Bowl . In total, he completed 114 games for the Falcons.

Washington Redskins

For the 1985 season he moved to the Washington Redskins , with whom he reached the Super Bowl XXII after the 1987 season, which was won 42:10 against the Denver Broncos . After the 1988 season, he ended his NFL career.

Thielemann is married and has two daughters.
