The R515 ( Russian P 515 , the Cyrillic P corresponds to the Latin R) is a 53-kilometer Russian regional road that runs north-south within the Kaliningrad Oblast . It pervades on the Curonian Spit (Russian: Kurschskaja Kossa) the northern area of the Zelenogradsky District and connects on the Russian side the Lithuanian city of Klaipeda and the Trunk Road KK 167 with the Russian city Selenogradsk to the highways A191 and A192 .
