Incidents
- On October 16, 2008, a Boeing 737-200 with the registration number YV-162T came off the runway when landing in Caracas because of aquaplaning and dug into the ground. Among other things, the engines were badly damaged, whereupon the machine put into service in 1983 was written off as a total economic loss. The 54 inmates got away with the horror.
