Línea Turística Aereotuy recorded one incident with one fatality in its history, in two other incidents the plane was written off:
- On July 21, 2007, a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan (YV1182) crashed from a height of 200 feet after an engine failure while taking off. There was no personal injury, but the plane was written off.
- On August 26, 2009, a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan (YV1183) had to go from Los Roques airport to airport Isla de Margarita after an engine failure ditch . The passengers and crew were rescued by fishing and pleasure boats.
- On April 17, 2009, a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan (YV1181) had an accident while taking off from Canaima Airport . The aircraft did not gain altitude quickly enough and collided with an overhead line 80 meters after the runway . In the accident, one passenger died and seven others were injured
