Raúl Aparicio

Raúl Aparicio (born 1913 in Cruces , Las Villas province , † January 3, 1970 in Havana ) was a Cuban journalist and writer.

Life

Aparicio completed his school days in Cienfuegos and Santa Clara . He then started at the University of Havana a . a. To study literature and political science . In 1940 he was able to successfully complete this course.

Following this, he made extensive trips to Argentina , Canada , Peru , Uruguay and the USA . As a journalist he wrote a. a. for the newspaper “Guía” and later headed it as the responsible editor-in-chief. He was a member of the Union de escritores y artistas de Cuba (UNEAC).

Aparicio died at the age of 57 on January 3, 1970 in Havana, where he found his final resting place.
