Radio Brocken is a private radio station in Saxony-Anhalt . The main shareholder is the RTL Group with around 50 percent . Until January 2008, Radio Brocken was based in Halle (Saale) in the former canteen of the Feinmechanische Werke (Fe-Ha). Now Radio Brocken sits together with its sister station 89.0 RTL directly on Hallescher Markt in the city center escalator. The station reaches around 750,000 listeners per day. Tina Wilhelm has been the program director of Radio Brocken since May 2015.
Radio Brocken has been broadcasting an infotainment program in Saxony-Anhalt since 1992 . Musically, the station offers tracks from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s and 2010s and the current charts. The program is supplemented by news, advertising, traffic reports and weather.
The station has gone through several relaunch in its history. At the start of broadcasting in 1992, the station traded as Radio Brocken , was renamed Hitradio Antenne Sachsen-Anhalt in 1998 , then in August 2001 it was renamed Hitradio Brocken and finally in 2003 it was renamed Radio Brocken .
The station's current claim is the best music for Saxony-Anhalt! .

The target group of the program is the age group of 30-59 year olds or the young family in Saxony-Anhalt. The target group of this format radio has changed several times since its inception , but continuity has occurred in this regard since 2003.
