This was preceded by a detailed research in archives, libraries and chronicles of the region in order to compile the radio reports.

The reports are divided into different categories. They provide information on personalities, sights, leisure opportunities and the history of the region. The origins of street names in Aschersleben, Staßfurt and Quedlinburg are also examined.
