Radldorf is a district of the municipality of Perkam in the Lower Bavarian district of Straubing-Bogen .

location

The village of Radldorf is located on the Kleine Laber about two kilometers northeast of Perkam. At the station Radldorf in the southwest of the village combines the neufahrn-radldorf railway with the Regensburg-Passau railway .

history

Traces of a Celtic square hill south of Radldorf, excavated in 1921, indicate the early settlement of the area. This Viereckschanze is one of the few also visible above ground. A Pernoldus di Ratilndorf is mentioned in a document in 1165. According to the list of goods from 1275, the Metten monastery owned property in Ratolsdorf . In 1298 Albrecht von Straubing sold a Hube zu Radldorf to the Mallersdorf monastery .

In the court register of 1599 Radldorf appears as part of the main Perkam team. In the year of conscription in 1752, Radldorf consisted of twenty properties as part of the Perkam chairmanship in the Straubing Regional Court. Three properties counted as single-layer goods for Hofmark Rain . When the community was formed at the beginning of the 19th century, Radldorf became part of the community of Perkam. In 1896, after the connection between Perkam and the Regensburg – Passau railway line, the newly built Radldorf station became the end point of the Neufahrn – Radldorf railway line.
