Radoslaw Witkowski

Radosław Witkowski (born June 4, 1974 in Radom ) is a Polish politician of the Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform ).

Witkowski studied at the Faculty of Philosophy and Education at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow . He graduated with a diploma in 1998 . In 2003 he joined the Platforma Obywatelska. From 2006 to 2007 he was a member of the Radom City Council. In the parliamentary elections in Poland in 2007 Witkowski ran in constituency 17 Radom and was able to win a seat for the Sejm with 8,229 votes . There he worked in the Commission for Self-Government and Regional Policy. 2014 he was elected mayor chosen his hometown of Radom. In the regular new election in October 2018, he was able to prevail in the second ballot with 53.8% of the votes against Wojciech Skurkiewicz from the PiS .

Radosław Witkowski is married and has two sons.
