Rafael Alberto Arrieta

Rafael Alberto Arrieta (born October 28, 1889 in Rauch , Buenos Aires (Province) , † 1968 in Buenos Aires ) was an Argentine educator, writer and translator.

Arrieta completed his school visit in La Plata . He then studied at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata and moved from there to the Universidad de Buenos Aires . After successfully completing his studies, he was entrusted with a teaching position for literature at both universities.

In addition to his own literary work, he also translated some English authors into his mother tongue. According to his own statement, he was also influenced in his own works by the intensive occupation with these works.
