Rage Valley is the second EP from the Australian house and dubstep duo Knife Party . It was first released on May 27, 2012 via Beatport and contains four tracks, Rage Valley (previously called Fuck 'em ), Centipede , Sleaze (feat. MistaJam ) and Bonfire .
Backgrounds and style
After Knife Party released their first EP 100% No Modern Talking , they reported that they were already working on their second album. In early April they announced that their second EP would be out at the end of April. The publication was then postponed to May 6, 2012. There it was not published again. Knife Party posted on Twitter: "EP is on the way, we've been delayed by artwork / distro stuff and general laziness :(". On May 9th, three days after the EP should have been released, Knife Party wrote on Facebook:
“[…] Lateness is due to having lots of shows booked in recently, and also the unfortunate combination of being lazy perfectionists. Putting the final tweaks on everything right now and DESPITE the leaked versions roaming about… the new ones are much, much better;) […] ”
and apologized for the late release. On May 24th it was announced that the EP would be available on May 28th on Beatport.
On that date she appeared. The style of the album has been described differently. Newalbumreleases.net names Electro House , for example , an author of Salacious Sound named Drum & Bass , Dubstep, Electro House and Moombahton , Allmusic named Dubstep , Club / Dance and Neo-Electro . The author of the review, David Jeffries, also called it a mix of dubstep, electro and music from old video games .

David Jeffries from Allmusic said about the album: "Throughout it all, there's the feeling that lasers and starships are both shooting out of the speakers, but it's all over quickly, so expect to be more teased than satiated." And awarded 3.5 von five possible stars.
Jordan Calvono from The Untz also gave a positive review. "Rage Valley is another solid EP from two produces who are releasing sensational tunes at an astoundingly quick pace, and show no signs of letting up on their pursuit for world domination."
