history

The history of Raiffeisenbank Rosenstein eG goes back to the year 1889. On February 27, 1889, 61 members signed the founding protocol of the savings and loan association Oberböbingen - the oldest predecessor of today's Raiffeisenbank Rosenstein eG.

In Heubach at the headquarters of today's bank, the founding meeting of the Heubach Loan Association took place on December 27, 1892 in the Gasthaus Rössle. 102 Heubach citizens signed the founding protocol. In the 1970s, the mergers took place with the loan offices of Ober- and Unterböbingen and Lautern and in 1977 with the Raiffeisenbank Mögglingen. In 1999, the merger with the Raiffeisen banks Heuchlingen-Horn and Bartholomä followed to form today's Raiffeisenbank Rosenstein, which is named after the Heubach landmark, the Rosenstein castle ruins .

Raiffeisenbank Rosenstein eG offers training to become a banker . Continuing education and training for employees is part of the business strategy of the cooperative bank.

Cooperative financial group of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken

The bank is part of the cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken and a member of the Federal Association of German Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken (BVR) and its security scheme. The statutory auditing association is the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative Association .
