Raiffeisenbank Thannhausen eG is a cooperative bank . The legal basis is the Banking Act (KWG), the Cooperative Society Act and the statutes issued by the meeting of representatives . The organs of the Raiffeisenbank are the management board , the supervisory board and the representative assembly.
history
The first loan association was founded in Münsterhausen in 1892 . Five years later, the founding meeting of the Thannhausen Loan Association took place with an invitation to the meeting by the clergyman Jakob Zwiebel. In 1934 the statute issued by the “Reichsverband der Deutschen Agrischen Genossenschaften Raiffeisen eV” in Berlin was adopted. Thereupon the company name was changed to “Savings and Loan Fund”. In 1961 there was a merger with the Raiffeisenkasse Bayersried- Ursberg and in 1968 with the Raiffeisenkasse Münsterhausen.
In 2001 the Raiffeisenbank Thannhausen eG merged with the Raiffeisenbank Balzhausen eG with their branches in Aichen and Obergessertshausen.
Raiffeisenbank is currently represented in Thannhausen, Balzhausen, Münsterhausen and Ursberg.
