Raihenek ( Tetum for "gravel soil" ) is a place in the northeast of the Indonesian West Timor on the Timor Sea . It is the administrative seat of Desas Rainawe ( Kobalima District , Malaka Governorate , East Nusa Tenggara Province ). Members of the Tetum and Bunak ethnic groups live in the region .
