Rainer chapels
Rainer Kapellen (born March 22, 1963 in Ravensburg ) is a politician ( CDU ).
Life
Kapellen went to school in Ravensburg and studied at the Ludwigsburg University of Public Administration and Finance with a degree in administrative management (FH) . From 1999 to 2010 he was first mayor of Weingarten (Württemberg) . Before that he was mayor of Ailingen , a suburb of Friedrichshafen . In 2003 he ran unsuccessfully for the office of mayor of Bad Waldsee . From 2010 to 2017 he was Lord Mayor of the Upper Swabian city of Laupheim .
Private
Kapellen is Roman Catholic , married and has two children.
