Rainer Praetorius
Rainer Prätorius (born March 2, 1952 in Biedenkopf ) is a German political scientist.
Life
After receiving his doctorate in Marburg in 1976, he was a research assistant and academic adviser in Stuttgart (1976–1990). Since 1990 he has taught as a visiting professor at the University of Minnesota and as a professor (1992–2017) for administrative science at Helmut Schmidt University .
