Sussat is located in the Bourbonnais landscape about 45 kilometers west-northwest of Vichy . Sussat is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Veauce in the north, Valignat in the northeast, Vicq in the east, Ébreuil in the south and southeast and Lalizolle in the west.
