Saint-Didier-en-Donjon is surrounded by the neighboring communities Monétay-sur-Loire in the north and north-west, Le Pin in the north and north-east, Saint-Léger-sur-Vouzance in the east and north-east, Luneau in the east and south-east, Neuilly-en -Donjon in the south and south-east, Le Donjon in the west and south-west and Liernolles in the west.
