Arronnes is a French municipality with 374 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Allier in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (2015 Auvergne ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Vichy and the canton of Lapalisse (until 2015: canton of Le Mayet-de-Montagne ).

Arronnes is about 16 kilometers southeast of Vichy . The neighboring municipalities of Arronnes are La Chapelle in the north and north-west, Le Mayet-de-Montagne in the east and north-east, Ferrières-sur-Sichon in the east and south-east, Lachaux in the south, Ris in the south-west and Busset in the west.
