Creuzier-le-Vieux is a French commune with 1,166 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Allier in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belongs to the arrondissement of Vichy and is part of the canton of Cusset . The inhabitants are called Creuziérois (es) .

geography

Creuzier-le-Neuf is about six kilometers north-northeast of Vichy . Creuzier-le-Neuf is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-des-Fossés in the north and north-west, Seuillet in the north and north-east, Bost in the east, Cusset in the south and south-east and Creuzier-le-Vieux in the west and south-west.

The former National Route 209 runs through the municipality .
