Molles is about nine kilometers east-southeast of Vichy . Molles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Étienne-de-Vicq and Saint-Christophe in the north, Isserpent in the northeast, Nizerolles in the east, La Chapelle in the south, Busset in the southwest and Cusset in the west and northwest.
