The Rajko-Nunatak ( Bulgarian Райков нунатак Rajkow nunatak ) is a 750  m high and rocky Nunatak in the south of Trinity Peninsula of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It juts out on the southern flank of Diplock Glacier 6.67 km south-southeast of Povien Peak , 2.3 km south of Bezenšek Spur , 6.04 km southwest of Mount Roberts and 6.9 km northeast of Petkow-Nunatak in the northeastern foothills of the Detroit plateaus . The Sawera snowfield is southeast of him.

The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after the Bulgarian poet Rajko Shinsifow (1839–1977).
