history

The Rajon was formed on April 7, 1946 as Chailigenbailski rajon in succession to the northern part of the Heiligenbeil district, which existed until 1945 after the new border was drawn as a result of the Second World War, in the Kaliningrad Oblast . From the end of May 1946, the administration for civil affairs of the Heiligenbeil Rajon (ru City of Heiligenbeil settled, but in the place Ludwigsort. On September 7, 1946, Ludwigsort was renamed Laduschkin and at the same time granted city rights, and derived from this, the raion was renamed Laduschkinski rajon . In the summer of 1947 the Rajons was to manage the Executive Committee of Laduschkiner Rajonsowjets of deputies of working people appointed (ru Исполнительный комитет Ладушкинского районного Совета депутатов трудящихся, Ispolnitelny komitet Laduschkinskowo rajonowo Soweta Deputatov trudjaschtschichsja; short. In March 1951 the place Mamonowo (Heiligenbeil) got (again) city rights. With the dissolution of the Kaliningrad Rajon in 1959, the village soviet Zwetkowo (Bergau) also came to the Rajon, which now stretched along the Fresh Lagoon to the city limits of Kaliningrad . On December 12, 1962, the Rajon was dissolved and attached to the Bagrationovsk Raion .
