Rakiw Lis ( Ukrainian Раків Ліс ; Russian Раков Лес Rakow Les , Polish Rakowy Las ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Volyn Oblast with about 3100 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1665, is the administrative center of the 57.077 km² district council in the northwest of Kamin-Kaschyrskyj district , to which the village of Pidritschtschja ( Підріччя , ⊙ ) with about 660 inhabitants belongs.
Rakiw Lis is located 125 km north of the Oblast capital Lutsk on the territorial road T-03-08 and borders in the east on the district center of Kamin-Kaschyrskyj .
