Ralf Böhme (graphic designer)
Ralf Böhme , called "Rabe", (* 1956 in Plauen ) is a German graphic artist and caricaturist . He lives and works in Bad Liebenstein .
His first cartoons were published in 1977 in the daily Freie Wort . In some Thuringian newspapers the caricatures appear daily under the heading “Raven zum Tage”. His caricatures also appeared in Eulenspiegel , in Tomu's cheerful dictionary , in some Heyne mini-editions and in Volker Henning's books of verse. Rabe caricatures were used by the Berliner Kurier as cartoon of the day in 2013 .
He participates in international exhibitions all over Europe. His caricatures were exhibited in China, Japan and Iran during the GDR era.
