Ralf Brinktrine

Ralf Brinktrine (* 1962 ) is a German law scholar and university professor .

Life

He studied law at Bielefeld University and the University of Warwick . After completing his doctorate at the University of Münster with a study on "Administrative Fairs in Germany and England" and his habilitation in 2005 at the Leipzig Faculty of Law (Habilitation thesis: "Publication of private law relationships between private individuals through administrative action". Venia legendi for public law, foreign public law and comparative law) From the 2006 summer semester to 2007 summer semester, he represented the chair for public law, in particular constitutional and administrative law, at the Law Faculty of the University of Leipzig . Subsequently, from August 2007 to September 2008, he was seconded from the law faculty of the University of Leipzig to the Federal Administrative Court , where he was a research assistant in the 2nd revision senate ("Public Service Law"). In the 2008/2009 winter semester he was a deputy professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Würzburg . This was followed in the 2009 summer semester by representing the chair for public law and social law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main . In the 2009/2010 winter semester he taught at the Law Faculty of the University of Leipzig and again at the Law Faculty of the University of Würzburg. Since April 1, 2010 he has held the chair for public law, German and European environmental law and comparative law at the Faculty of Law in Würzburg .
