Ralf Günther (producer)

Ralf Günther (born June 23, 1962 in Koblenz ) is a German television producer , comedian and head of the soul cover band Fred Kellner and the famous Soulsisters .

biography

Ralf Günther founded the comedy group Die Niegelungen in 1983 together with Knacki Deuser and Wolfgang Lüchtrath . These appeared with over 2000 live performances all over Germany until 1995. In 1988 he founded the funk and soul band " Fred Kellner ", which Anke Engelke and her sister Susanne also joined in 1989 as "the famous Soulsisters".

In 1993 he moderated the first TV gala of the Cologne Comedy Festival and the ARD show Brennende Herzen . In 1994 he worked with Martin Keß as headwriter of the RTL night show and founded the Cologne production company Brainpool with him and Jörg Grabosch in the same year . He left Brainpool in 2017. He is the managing director of the Cologne Comedy Festival
