Ralph Gabriel

Ralph Gabriel (* 1971 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian architect , cultural scientist and author .

Life

Gabriel studied architecture at the Technical University of Vienna with Erich Raith . After that he devoted himself temporarily to construction and publishing. Since 2000 he has been working on exhibition projects at the Sachsenhausen Memorial in Oranienburg . From 2005 to 2006 Gabriel was a lecturer at the Otto Suhr Institute of the Free University of Berlin on current forms of right-wing extremism. He is doing his doctorate on architects of the SS building industry.

Gabriel has been editor of the Berlin magazine TorTour since 2006 with Bert Papenfuß and Norbert Kröcher and has been a member of the provisional editorial board of the magazine floppy myriapoda since 2008 . Gabriel has lived and worked in Berlin and Vienna since 2000.
