Ralph Knebel (* 1973 in Regensburg ) is a German chef .

Career

After completing his training in the Traube restaurant, Knebel cooked for Dieter L. Kaufmann in Grevenbroich . Until 2004 he worked for Alfred Friedrich in the Marcobrunn restaurant in Reinhartshausen Castle in Eltville am Rhein .

Since 2008 Knebel has been the head chef at the Hotel-Restaurant Erbprinz , which has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide since 2012 . His wife Jasmina Knebel also works as a pâtissière for the Hereditary Prince .
