Ralph Scotoni

Ralph Scotoni (* 1901 in Zurich ; † 1955 in Trieste ) was a Swiss entrepreneur .

Life

Ralph Scotoni was one of the sons of Eugen Scotoni and Angela Gassmann-Grieder (1877-1953). From 1930 to 1935 he headed the business of Terra Film , one of the largest film production companies in Germany at the time. Ralph Scotoni sympathized with German National Socialism in the 1930s and became a member of the NSDAP on May 1, 1933 ( membership number 3,020,443). The Scotoni family sold their stake in Terra Film in 1935 and withdrew from the company.

After Ralph Scotoni's death, his younger brother Anton Eric Scotoni took over the management of the family business.
