Rammersdorf is a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Sankt Lorenzen im Mürzertal in the Bruck-Mürzzuschlag district in Styria .

The cadastral community stretches from Sankt Lorenzen to the northwest and consists of the Rammersdorfer settlement, which grows together with Sankt Lorenzen and is part of the locality, and some other localities such as Mödersdorf , Lesing or Scheuchnegg.

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 322 building areas with 85,062 m² and 220 gardens on 251,188 m² in the cadastral community of Rammersdorf , in 1989/1990 there were 349 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 1,552 and in 2009/2010 there were 756 buildings on 1,623 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture and forestry. 379 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 372 hectares were forest-managed forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 263 hectares and 390 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 236 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 382 hectares. The average soil climate in Rammersdorf is 38.1 (as of 2010).
