Ramona Nique

Ramona Nique (born May 26, 1961 in Stendal ) is a German zoo technician . From 1981 to 1986 she was a member of the People's Chamber of the GDR .

Life

Nique, daughter of a farming family, attended high school. She became a member of the FDJ in 1974 . From 1977 to 1979 she completed an apprenticeship as a skilled worker for zoo technology. From 1979 she worked as an animal carer in the LPG (animal production) Pessin . In 1980 she became a candidate for the SED and in the same year attended the Nauen district party school of the SED. From 1981 she was deputy secretary of the FDJ basic organization and member of the board of the LPG. From 1981 to 1986, as a member of the FDJ parliamentary group, she was a member of the Volkskammer and a member of the committee for agriculture, forestry and the food industry.
