Randy Stonehill

Randy Stonehill (born March 12, 1952 in Stockton , California ) is an American singer and composer . He is considered an important representative of modern Christian music .

His first album Born Twice was released in 1971 with financial help from Pat Boone . The total cost is said to have been only $ 800 and Stonehill said: "It sounds like every penny of it!"

The following year, Stonehill made his actor debut in the second part of The Blob, Son of Blob (also known as Beware! The Blob ). In the same year he wrote the song Your Love Broke Through with Todd Fishkind and Keith Green .

In 1976, Stonehill released his best-known Larry Norman- produced album Welcome to Paradise . Many critics and fans consider it to be his best.

In 2001 he recorded the children 's album Uncle Stonehill's Hat as Uncle Stonehill .
