Raphael Hemmeler (born July 12, 1991 in Zurich ) is a former Swiss tennis player .

Career

Hemmeler won the title of under 18s in Switzerland in 2009. Even before graduating from high school in 2011, Hemmeler played a few professional tournaments and managed to earn two world ranking points in individual cases, so that he was ranked 1125th in the ranking. His only appearance on the ATP Tour took place in Stuttgart in 2010 , when he failed in the first round of the doubles with Sandro Ehrat together with Jamie Cerretani and Adil Shamasdin .

From 2011 to 2015 Hemmeler studied at Duke University and successfully played college tennis . After graduation, he did not participate in any other professional tournaments.
