Life

Rasa von Werder was born as Rosa Sofia Jakstas on July 15, 1945 in Calw, Swabia. She started a career as a bodybuilder.

In July 1967 she won the title of Miss Nude Universe. At the competition, she presented herself completely naked in front of a completely naked audience. In 1974 she won the title of Miss Body Beautiful.

Recordings of her appeared in the May issue of Playboy in 1977. She was the first female bodybuilder to appear in Playboy. Eight more Playboy appearances followed. Later she worked as an exotic dancer.

In 1978 she had the idea that a stripper could also act as a religious ambassador. The combination of a stripper and her belief in evangelicalism led to the creation of the Stripper for God initiative .

She toured America and Canada, where she gave over 1,000 sermons in variety theaters and nightclubs. She also traveled to England once. In 1988, she appeared in the TV show The Morton Downey, Jr. on.

Later she dealt with the topics of matriarchy and female divinity as part of her religious mission . On June 16, 1978, she gave a sermon on the Three Secrets of Fatima in front of the White House in Washington. With this she wanted to convert Russia.

In 1981 she trained for bodybuilding competitions, but was not admitted to the IFBB Boardwalk Regency competitions in Atlantic City. She protested by giving a 30-minute radio interview in which she only wore a white bikini .

On February 2, 2007, the World Bodybuilding Guild (WBBG) awarded her the title "Progenitor of Female Bodybuilding", and in August of the same year she was inducted into the WBBG Hall of Fame.

On May 24, 2004 Eberts, who meanwhile called herself Rasa von Werder or Guru Rasa of the Church of MotherGod , founded the website Woman Thou Art God . Since then, she has regularly published her religious beliefs online. She has published a total of fifteen books on matriarchy and spirituality .
