Rasmus Guldhammer (born March 9, 1989 in Vejle ) is a Danish cyclist .

Rasmus Guldhammer was the 2006 Danish youth team time trial champion . He finished third in the junior individual time trial. In the 2007 season he won a stage and the overall ranking of the international 3-stage tour . At the Danish championship he was again youth champion in the team time trial and also won the junior road race. He also won the Trofee of the Flemish Ardennes in Belgium.

In 2011, Guldhammer won one stage of the Triptyque des Monts et Châteaux and two stages of the Tour du Loir-et-Cher . He had a longer dry spell until 2014, when he again won two stages of the Tour du Loir-et-Cher in the same year and also finished fourth in the overall standings.

He is the son of the former Danish master Michael Guldhammer . Rasmus Guldhammer's older brother, Thomas , is also a successful cyclist.
