Rastislav Michalík (born January 14, 1974 in Čadca ) is a Slovak football player .

Michalik started his career with his hometown club ZZO Čadca. From Čadca he moved to Považská Bystrica . His next stop was Banska Bystrica . Then Michalik moved abroad for the first time to the Czech club SK Železárny Třinec . The defensive midfielder played for Dukla Příbram after his time in Třinec , before moving to Slovan Liberec in 2000 . In 2001 he came to the top club Sparta Prague , where he stayed until 2005. In 2005 Michalik moved to Kayseri , Turkey . The midfielder has played at SV Ried in Austria since the 2005/06 season . For the 2007/08 round he joined the Slovak football club FC Spartak Trnava. In summer 2008 he ended his professional career and returned to his home club FK Čadca. From 2011 to 2017 he played for FK Slávia Staškov before ending his career. Michalik played 20 times for the Slovak national football team .
